Elliot Moreau

Elliott Moreau has been a member of the Pacific Symphony since 2005 and Principal Bassoon with Opera Pacific since 2006. He holds degrees from DePaul University (B.Mus.) the University of Southern California (M.M.) and has, in addition, participated in a Professional Studies program at Temple University.

Among his teachers have been Bill Buchman (Chicago Symphony), Stephen Maxym (former member of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra), and Daniel Mastukawa (Philadelphia Orchestra). A former member of the Haddonfield (NJ) Symphony, he has performed with the New World Symphony and with many of the leading orchestras in Southern California and acted as Principal Bassoon for American Ballet Theatre and St. Petersburg Ballet during their local tours.
