Voice Questionnaire
Undergraduate Vocal Arts applicants, who pass the prescreen audition for entrance to the major, must complete a Voice Questionnaire as part of the application process.
Step 1: Submit your prescreen audition
Step 2: Wait for a response
Step 3: If you have passed the prescreen audition and are invited to an interview, complete the questionnaire and email it to music@uci.edu before the date of your interview
Please note:
- Only applicants who pass the prescreen audition should complete the Voice Questionnaire
- The questionnaire is a requirement for applicants who pass the prescreen audition
- Complete & Submit the questionnaire before your scheduled interview
