Christian Dubeau

Christian became interested in composing when he was about 20 years old and almost immediately decided that this is was what he wanted to do in life. He mainly writes classical (call it that if you will) works for small chamber ensembles, but he has written some rock music, electronic music and pieces relying heavily on improvisation. He also played keyboards in a rock band for 5 or so years. Before joining ICIT, Christian did a bachelors degree in Music, and also in Theatre (both at USC). His theatre background/love of telling stories has played a large role in some of his music.
