Join the trio in this final night of a five-concert tour premiering Resonating Abstractions, a new piece by Dessen inspired by contemporary abstract artworks. Featuring the ensemble’s unique mix of intricate compositions and open improvisation, this composition was commissioned through a 2011 New Jazz Works award from Chamber Music America, funded through the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation.
