Come hear the double bass in a variety of settings: unaccompanied, with piano, and in small ensemble. Works will include transcriptions of Scriabin, a composition commissioned by Hare from guest collaborator Hayk Arsenyan, Jon Deak’s B.B. Wolf, and Hare’s arrangement of Ravel’s Mother Goose Suite for oboe, clarinet, violin, viola, and double bass.
