On Friday November 10, pianist Richard Cionco will give a performance and master class for the music department piano students in Winifred Smith Hall from 1-3 p.m. The performance will include works by Handel, Chopin, Liszt, Brahms, Rachmaninoff, Piazzolla/Cionco and an original work by Richard Cionco.
British violinist, Madeleine Mitchell will join music department piano faculty, Lorna Griffitt to perform a concert on Friday, October 20 at 2:00 pm in Winifred Smith Hall. The program will include works by César Franck, Maurice Ravel, Wendy Hiscocks (1963) and Joseph Horowitz. The concert is free and open to the public.
