Recipient of the National Medal of Arts and subject of the Michael Stillwater film Shining Night: A Portrait of Composer Morten Lauridsen, Lauridsen was hailed as an “American Choral Master” by the National Endowment for the Arts. The composer will introduce each set of pieces and join the choirs at the piano.

An Afternoon with Dr. Morten Lauridsen, featuring UCI Chamber Singers and Concert Choir, conducted by Dr. Seth Houston and faculty vocalists.
